Strict Medical Sanitization Guardrails

To preserve strict sterile standards and healthcare safety compliance, Protect Healthcare does not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or altered consignments of protective medical gear or personal protective equipment (PPE). Once a medical shipment has left our controlled chain of custody, it cannot be restocked for secondary resale.

Eligible Return Exceptions

Returns and corresponding adjustments will only be authorized under the following strict conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: Independent verification proves structural material non-conformity to the agreed specification sheet.
  2. Order Incongruity: The items delivered do not match the product SKUs listed on your approved Proforma Invoice.

The B2B Claim Protocol

To initiate a valid return claim, your procurement officer must follow this exact procedure:

  • Filing Window: Submit a formal written claim to protecthealthcareinfo@gmail.com  within 7 calendar days of physical delivery.
  • Documentation Required: Provide your formal invoice number, batch/lot numbers, a detailed description of the non-conformity, and high-resolution media verification.
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA): No physical returns will be received at our warehouse hubs without an officially issued RMA document from our corporate office.
