2. Wholesale Account Eligibility

To maintain the safety of the medical supply chain, access to wholesale pricing is strictly restricted to verified corporate buyers, medical institutions, retail distributors, and government procurement agencies. We reserve the right to reject account creation or terminate service if credential falsification is detected.

3. Pricing Matrix & Market Volatility

• All price quotes provided via the wholesale portal are subject to raw material market shifts, currency fluctuations, and manufacturing resource adjustments.
• Formal Proforma Invoices issued by Protect Healthcare remain valid for a strict window of 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.

4. Regulatory Conformity & Product Intent

Products distributed by Protect Healthcare must be used in accordance with their designated technical specifications and regulatory certifications (e.g., specific particulate filtration rates or fluid resistance barriers). Protect Healthcare is not liable for secondary damages caused by the unauthorized misuse or off-label deployment of our products in non-compliant environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international commercial law, Protect Healthcare’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the total monetary value paid by the client for that specific consignment of goods.
